Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor. Briem started her acting career as an actress at National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. As a kid, she was an actor in Iceland performing in TV and radio plays. When she was 16, Briem was transferred to London where he participated in an event for the theatre of the production Lenin In Love in The New End Theater. Briem was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art when she was 19-years-old. Over the next three years, she was a student at the academy, earning diplomas in drama and the John Barton Prize for Scenic Fight.
